We are expanding our Off-Plan Division and are looking for a driven Off-Plan Team Leader to build and guide this new department. Key Responsibilities
- •Lead by example by closing off-plan property deals while supporting your team to achieve the same.
- •Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and results.
- •Mentor new members, raising the bar for performance and professionalism.
- •Manage lead flow effectively, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and converted.
- •Set targets and guide team members toward exceeding goals.
- •Maintain strong partnerships with Dubai's key developers to secure the best projects and early launch access.
- •Monitor KPIs, report performance, and align team objectives with company goals.
- •Stay informed about market trends, launch cycles, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
- •Proven success in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai.
- •Strong closing skills with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
