Valia is a residential tower by Emaar Properties, standing as a slender, sculptural silhouette within a contemporary high-rise cluster. The tower is defined by refined verticality — rhythmic vertical fins, precise horizontal detailing and a facade of full-height glazing that reflects light and sky.
